The “Friends of Children’s Hospitals in Warsaw” foundation knows that privacy is a very important issue. Therefore, it commits to respect the privacy at Internet, and makes every effort to ensure adequate protection of privacy and information provided by Service Users.
- The “Friends of Children’s Hospitals in Warsaw” foundation, with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Zajęcza 2b, entered into the register of associations, other social and professional organizations, foundations and independent public health care facilities run by the District Court for the Capital City Warsaw, XII Commercial Department of National Court Register, under KRS number 0000093204, hereinafter referred to as the “Foundation”, is the operator of the service fundacjaprzyjaciol.org, hereinafter referred to as the Service, and at the same time Administrator of Users’ personal data, collected in the course of their use of the Service. Foundation’s Service User is any person who uses the Service.
- The Foundation processes personal data of Service Users solely for the purposes of the proper operation of the Site and the related statutory activity of the Foundation.
- The Foundation does not disclose the information provided by Service Users to third parties, except for share data:
- entities cooperating with the Foundation in connection with the functionality of the Service, ie.

- By using the Service, the User agrees to the Foundation may process and use personal data within the meaning of The Act Of August 29, 1997 On The Protection Of Personal Data (Unified Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2014, Item 1182 With Amendments).
- Transfer of personal data of the Foundation is voluntary, yet necessary to use some of the services of the Service, ie. making contributions to the Foundation and subscribing to our newsletter service through the Service. Failure to provide mandatory data indicated in point 7 and 8 below means giving up the process of making a donation to the Foundation and its inability to make it via Service, and in the case of selecting the newsletter, also resigned from the register for this service.
- To donate to the Foundation and to use the Service, Users must give their name and e-mail address.
- To subscribe to our Service’s newsletter it is necessary to give an e-mail. Providing other personal data is voluntary.
- Each User is entitled to access their personal data. The User may at any time make updates, corrections, additions and changes to their personal data by directly informing the Foundation via letter or e-mail.
